Workshop: How To Write An Effective Press Release (for Edinburgh Fringe)

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Handling your own PR for Edinburgh Fringe? Not sure where to begin? This workshop will help you write your own press release for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. We will be going over what reviewers are looking for when they’re inundated with invitations, how to style an elevator pitch, and what opportunities are available at the Fringe to solicit reviews and more!

 

DETAILS

This workshop will run from 3pm-4:30pm. Bring a notebook and pen, and a blurb describing your Fringe show.

 

YOUR WORKSHOP LEADER

Erin Murray Quinlan is a published playwright, composer, and dramaturg with 15+ years experience in producing theatre. She is a reviewer for FringeReview, the recipient of a Best of Free Fringe Award, and a complete nerd in every way it is possible to be one.
