Sex, Society And Other Stupid Sh*t

Body hair. Apologising. The desire to run away to a cave… what does it even mean to be a woman*? 

Weaving comedy, tragedy and sometimes absurdity in non-linear but connected scenes, Sex, Society and Other Stupid Sh*t interrogates female experiences. From dating apps to changing rooms, yeast infections to club bathrooms; we dismantle the definition of the supposed 'feminine'.

Fill in the Blank Theatre is a brand new, bold theatre company of ArtsEd MA graduates and Sex, Society and Other Stupid Sh*t is their debut production.  

*Fill in the Blank Theatre acknowledges that the definition of ‘woman’ includes the experiences of anyone who identifies as such, and that some of the topics explored in Sex, Society and Other Stupid Sh*t may relate to those who don’t identify as women.
