Gene David Kirk
The former Artistic Director here at the Drayton Arms Theatre, and previously the Artistic Director at Theatre503 and Jermyn Street Theatre, Gene is now our Executive Director and is committed to engaging with all theatre creators; enabling them to create work in an affordable space and supportive environment.
Audrey Thayer is a dedicated dramaturg, writer and arts administrator who moved to London to become part of the incredible theatre scene. Audrey graduated in 2015 from Chapman University after earning degrees in both Theatre Studies and English Literature. She has worked for many professional theatre companies in her hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, including The Children's Theatre Company, The Jungle Theatre, and Stages Theatre Company, as well as written and produced her own work over the years.
Previously Audrey worked as a Resident Assistant Producer at Theatre503, before moving on to freelance produce several shows in early 2017. She has worked at the Drayton as an active member of the artistic team for three years, taking over as Programming Director in November 2016.
Andy studied Theatre & Performance Technology at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Since graduating he has worked predominantly in the education sector and is currently a term time theatre technician at the City of London School for Girls.
In his spare time Andy is the Technical Manager for the Drayton Arms Theatre, Stage Manager for Above The Stag Theatre and a cover technician for the Canal Cafe Theatre.
Andy has been a member of the Drayton Arms Theatre team since 2015 and enjoys the challenges each production brings.
